Polyester pyjamas - uncomfortable. Please give us real green tea instead of powder. Better pillows - neck pain after sleeping on your pillows. Very hard to find checkin counter.

駅に直結のはずなのに、部屋まで遠く感じた(今回、年配の人がいた) エレベーターの待ち時間が酷かった。特に夕方。客室専用のエレベータの方は快適だった

ILWe enjoyed our stay in this super nice hotel, breakfast was excellent and diverse and the floor it is served on is an attraction by itself, it's the top floor that offers wonderful views plus a hot tub for your feet
