"I was there for the event at Saitama arena. The location was just fine and some cafes and convenient stores near by"

Very clean and nicely maintained, the staff is very helpful and the hotel has Japanese spa bath options.

The automatic light switch with movement detector would go off if you wasn’t moving for 10 seconds lol it’s ok, just a little annoying when you do the make up because it’s where the mirror is.
