"We needed a hotel room on very short notice because of a cancelled flight. This was perfect."

As almost always in Japan, it was a real pleasure to stay in the hotel. Service was wonderful, and people were exquisitely polite and friendly.

房間大、風景好、離車站不遠，員工友善。

可能是機場到市區的交通很方便，這裡人潮不多了，感覺很少人住，有些冷清，這是可惜的地方。

空港からの移動が遅くなりそうで連絡したところ丁寧い案内していただいた。一人での利用でしたが空港でも近く（国際線からホテルまで20分ほど、最寄りの泉佐野駅からも近いです）、朝は送迎のバスまでありました。ユニットバスではなく湯船とシャワーがしっかり分かれていてびっくりしました。次の日は朝からの便でしたがおかげで朝ゆっくり過ごせました。また機会がありましたら利用したいです。

Room is big

Staff, 1. I checked in late at 1am and i asked for late check out he calculate and told me 1000 yen per hour 2. I came down and check out and i asked reception for 1 bottle of water she said cannot give. What kind of service was that, like a scam
