The show stopper for me was the experience with the staff. Very hospitable, kind and friendly. Kudos Duncan, Purity and Trecy. The beautiful Trecy at the restaurant went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my sumptuous fish meal. I felt home away from home, as a PWD. What an asset in an employee 💪! I will certainly recommend BW, Kisumu to anyone.

Room for improvement Kindly have an internal telephone directory in the rooms. Initially I got lost what extension to call who. I had to call the reception mobile number from my room 😂.
