Staff were excellent, friendly and good fun. Food was good. They gave us a breakfast to take away which was good to have in the car. Felt safe in the area.

Hotel is a bit old and "tired". You don´t feel like spending much time in the room. The door to the balcony was broken and open for anybody. Loads of mosquitos.

Staff and management were very kind and generous, accommodating

In the executive suite room 501, the sliding glass door to the balcony’s lock was broken and could not be secured thus making the room accessible by way of adjoining balconies. I mentioned it to staff and they said it would be corrected.

"Staying at the Best Western is always a great experience."

Breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to get it ready way before their regular time because I was checking out pretty early.

I enjoyed my stay.
