AMAZING staff, superfriendly, food was great, location is great, rooms were clean. cannot say anything negative...

Its a nice location in front of the beach with lots of sun beads for everyone. Food is ok and cheaper than other places around. Staff showed willing to help as we asked to change rooms because the first night we couldnt sleep because of all the noise on the roof, like falling coconuts or something from the trees. They moved us into a different room where we didnt have the problem

Breakfast was ok, not much variety and when I asked for an omelette with 2 yolks and 3 whites, I was given 2 different omelettes (one made only with 2 yolks and the other one with 3 whites, which I thought it was funny but the staff needs better trainning. One day we decided to sleep we were awaken with a telephone call asking for us to come and have breakfast. Then someone else called us again saying we needed to check out when we had arranged for another night. So there are details than can be improved.

The pictures are not reflecting the hotel , too noisy, a tent were in front our room , staff noise near our room , charge 500 kes to bring drinks on the terrace only 20 meters from the bar , breakfast coffee is very bad and they charge others coffee not at the breakfast

The direct access to the beach, the location close to other lodges and restaurants, the breakfast, the Seaview, the amenities of the room including cattle. Creamer was missing though. The relaxed atmosphere in general. The beach is very clean and even better than at other properties we stayed before. The room was cleaned very well. We also did the Wasini Island day tour including dolphin and coral snorkelling and incredible seafood lunch. This tour is definitely every dollar worth it.

That we were given a room next to two big families with several children, and next to the bar area with music. We were shifted then to a better room on the left. But still our neighbours kept on coming at night and bang doors. So seaview rooms should be really given left from the restaurant where it is more quiet and really Seaview. We shall request this another time. Everything else was fine.

The property is beautiful, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature and right on the beachfront. The room we stayed in was wonderful, with great attention to every detail. The design was tasteful and refined, and the materials used in the furnishings were exceptionally beautiful, from the wooden desk to the flooring. The services provided were impeccable. In the room, you can find everything you might need. The staff were kind, professional, and extremely patient. A special thanks to Albert, who was a perfect host and made our stay even more special. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, limited selection, but very good quality.

Good location, the staff were polite and hospitable

We were informed shortly before arrival that our ocean view room was unavailable and we would need to stay in a much smaller garden view room for one night, supposedly due to rain damage. However, staff later gave conflicting explanations which made the situation unclear. We paid for an ocean view room for three nights, so we expected a partial refund for the downgrade. Instead, we were only offered a small discount on food and services (10%, increased to 20% after we complained), which did not feel appropriate given the difference in rooms.
