1. Water and water pressure was pathetic 2. The AC not fully functioning 3. Staff were okay but overwhelmed 4. Breakfast was annoyingly limited 5. The facility needs some real TLC

The quiet environment

Not that I can think of.

My advice Don't stay here!!! There was no water in shower....after addressing to stuff thay said is the way it is. Owner is protecting him self with no refund policy thought booking.com. We left the place and now we are being blackmail by owner not wanting to cancel the reservation and money. This place is a scam! Even the location is not where it's shown on the map.

The bed was comfortable,the room was spacious , the AC was working and the staff were very friendly

The swimming pool was too deep,the rooms had insects

Friendly staff. They did all they could to assist.

Breakdast served was a positive surprice. but that was also the only positve

A room where airconition was work, where the fridge was working, where the shower was working, where the safe was working, the 3 only things that worked in that room, was the entransdoor /lock, light and bed ! The room should never been given to a guest !!! And they had several rooms free, so they made a bad choice, or just did noot care. The receptionist was away when we tried get hold of him, aparenty out shopping we was told by others. Whwn i came back from having dinner, the receptionist was there, and he gave me another room, where at least the A/C was working... Would never stay there again.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Staff very friendly. Ac good and fan. Bed comfortable.

Shower was only ok. Not very powerful. Water went off.

The young lady at Reception was also the housekeeper and waitress and tried to cope with the many problems with a pleasant smile and willingness.

There were no other guests so the bar and restaurant were closed. The bed sheet was ripped - but changed after we brought this to the attention of Reception. The remote control for the A/C needed new batteries but none were available. The wiring for the bedside lamp was a H&S hazard! The pool was a deep shade of green - the pool man was supposed to be coming to sort it out but never appeared.
