Little far away city centre

Room was cozy simple

No light in coridor and there was mistakes in room , we ask for towls they said all in wash wich is strange

Small room size. Could only place my suitcase on the desk (no bank). Large bathroom size. Clean. Stable internet connection. Handheld showerhead. Available in the room: water kettle, hairdryer, slippers, safe. Power supply socket wellhidden in the bed table. Able to use EU plugs with no power supply adapter. Amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap bar, toothbrush/toothpaste. Fridge. No minibar. Complimentary smallwater and 2 tea bags. No coffee. TV: local language only.(Kyrgyz). Breakfast is not vegetarian friendly nor is food fresh (milk available only with sugar, tood tastes old and sour, even found a cake covered in mould). Breakfast is 8 to 9 am only.

Property was clean, staff was friendly, room was clean. Near buses, rideshare drivers arrived quickly. Full breakfast buffet was filling and delicious!

Booking.com listed hotel to have spa services. I asked the receptionist as she told me they haven’t had spa services in 10 years. Fountain is covered with rocks.

Breakfast is basic

The website states there is a bar on the second floor. There is NO bar in the hotel, just a couple of shelves in the restaurant with bottles on.

Although they send me confirmation, they didn’t give me a room. That was awful situation. I didn’t recommend to book this hotel..
