Atelier Hotel

Location couldn’t be better. Staff are great and cleanliness is up to a good standard. This is not a luxurious hotel but what you get is excellent for the price.

I agree with another reviewer that the lack of a lift and the type of stairs could make this hotel unsuitable for older Seniors with any mobility problems. Anyone else will find this simple hotel a lovely place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good, the room was clean and comfortable which served our needs perfectly. The staff was very kind, friendly and always ready to help.

The furniture (besides the bathroom) was a little worn out, it could use a minor renovation.

Nice little hotel close but not to close to the main tourist strip of Siem Reap. Really helpful and friendly staff who have had a difficult time during the pandemic so we were glad to be able to support. Lovely rooms as seen in the pictures.

We were offered free transfer from the airport but hadn't realised it would be via a very small tuktuk. Four people plus large suitcases on the back of a tuktuk wasn't ideal and a little scary at times. Had we been warned of this beforehand we would have declined and taken a proper car or van. Also, though this isn't really the hotel or the staff's fault given the difficult circumstances, the hotel was lacking in other facilities. The cafe downstairs wasn't open and there wasn't really a lobby to sit in - it was more of an open plan entrance directly into the hotel. Which meant that we could hear all the traffic from outside quite easily as there aren't any doors closing off the hotel lobby from the outside world.
