Browndot Terrace Pohang Passenger Terminal

The hotel is new and clean. Their family room is spacious.

Most friendly front desk staff of any hotel I have visited in Korea over the past 8 years! Third time we have been here and looking forward to finding time to make another visit in the future. While Pohang is not on the main travel route for many tourists, we think it should be. Always a surprise around the corner and an authentic atmosphere not easy to find in the larger mega-cities. And when visiting Pohang, one address to stay: Browndot Terrace. Pet friendly and for those travelling without pets, the hotel has a truly unique collection of very nice other options.

The bedroom and bathroom were well arranged , well supplied, and very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and coffee on the rooftop terrace in the morning

We had an issue with air con and had to go down to Reception at 11pm to get that rectified. The lady at the desk was very helpful though. They should inform guests about the potential problem and the fact that they have central control.

The location and comfort of this property was excellent .

The breakfast could have been better . However, there were many places to eat around the hotel. 

The sandwiches were good with fruit the plus was the beautiful view of the bay.

The cleanliness and the staff

The location is great. It is very close to the beach, many restaurants and bars. The room was quite comfortable. Our room had a great view and balcony.

The pillows were a bit hard to sleep with. Unfortunately there was construction next to the hotel. And it was very noisy. Hopefully it is completed soon. There is no closet space. just a few hangers outside.
