Easy to find with a fast check in process.

Value for the money wasn't there and much smaller than expected.

Good location near convenient bus lines and the train station. The attached restaurant was delicious.

The small posters for ordering food in the room is a little tacky.

No shelves or hangers in the bathroom despite it being enormous. Such a waste of space. The shower drain was in the middle of thw bathroom, so the entire floor got wet when taking a shower. No bath towels available in the hotel (we asked), only small ones the size of drying hands. Very strange.

너무 깨끗하고 넓은 방이어서 좋았습니다. 조금 아쉽다면 난방이 전체 통제되기에 너무 더운데 조절이 안되는 점외에는 좋았어요. 특히 룸서비스가 저렴하고 맛있어서 좋았습니다.

The room had everything you can need. the bed was comfortable. Easy checkin/checkout.

The gentleman working during the evening shift & morning shift were absolutely amazing. They would go over & beyond to help - Everyday they ordered our taxi , gave instructions to the taxi drivers in Korean , when my child was sick even walked to convenience store with me to advise medicine to buy....level of service phenomenal

Everything was great

Very clean, rooms are equipped with MASSIVE TVs and gaming PCs, hair straighteners (great for girls!!!), kettles, and everything else you would expect from a good hotel. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Room itself was clean. Reception has free popcorn!!! And there’s a 24H convenience store next door too for drinks, snacks and toiletries, etc.

The pillows are extremely hard and high! Not comfy for back sleepers

깨끗하고 티비도 크고 넷플릭스와 디즈니 플러스도 잘봤어요. 공기청정기랑 스타일러도 좋았습니다. 어매니티도 다 구비되어서 편했어요. 가족들끼리 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

Location was good.staff could not communicate in english

Rooms could have been furnished better with coffee spoons mugs etc.the normal essentials in the international scene.
