Pas de volet à une des fenêtres donc beaucoup de lumière le matin, la douche sans porte ou séparations donc il y a de l’eau partout ensuite

Location was central, but up a large hill

Dirty, uncomfortable and beds need to be replaced. Hugely misleading about air conditioning. Only available during summer months - it's an installed system so they just take away the remote. Air conditioning was a main factor in booking but was not made aware of their summer month policy until we were in the room. Tried reached out to staff but were unhelpful. Had to beg for even a fan which they eventually brought. Only 1 small window opens in the unit. Bathroom smells musty and like sewer. Under the beds have never been cleaned. Mattresses are in horrible shape and need replacement. There is only 1 outlet in the entire unit which makes it almost impossible to charge for the 4 people the unit holds.

Excellent location, close to many facilities and right next to a convenience store. Room clean and spacious & includes a washing machine and drying rack for clothes

Room walls are a bit thin (you will hear the conversations of your neighbours) but I think that's common in many buildings in Seoul. Didn't really impact my stay. Otherwise all good :)

The location is excellent. It’s up a little bit of a hill but it’s not bad at all. It’s a whole apartment rather than a hotel room so lots of space. It was clean. There was an issue with noisy neighbours but the host was responsive and tried to deal with the issue.

The property is equipped with heating and air conditioning but the air con is only available 2 months of the year in the summer. Super strange considering it’s just a normal reverse cycle air conditioner but the remote had been taken away so you can’t use it. We opened the reverse cycle unit to see whether it could be operated with buttons on the unit but there were none. There was a massive amount of mould on the filters though. The apartment is horribly hot as a result. Better with the windows open but then we got three mosquitoes in the bedroom and I was stung several times before we had to close it and deal with the uncomfortable heat instead. The bed is uncomfortably hard with paper thin pillows. The shower angle cannot be adjusted so it points out and soaks the toilet and the bench in the bathroom. The bathroom also has a significant smell despite being visibly clean. If you just need a place to crash with space to spread out for a day or 2 this place will be okay, but if you are staying longer or are someone who struggles with heat I can’t recommend it.
