Other people's hairs on the bed when arriving. Old fashioned and botch DIY jobs done. Very bad customer service - will literally ignore you when stood opposite. Worst breakfast I've ever seen. Bedsheets didn't even fit bed. Mattress dirty and no protector on it so feel springs. Bathroom looks like it falling apart. Shower went hot then cold at random times. Weak WiFi. No english if international traveller. Room stunk of dampness Breakfast second day - Sat in dining area for 5 minutes waiting for staff to come over and clear table from previous diners. But had to go over and then put phone near her face to get her attention otherwise she won't acknowledge my presence, not sure cause she is Russian and I'm a westerner? Why give me a massive pot of boiling water and one tea bag? Didn't change bread over and just left last person's. Eggs and sausage severely undercooked. Room was never cleaned before i arrived it felt, and nothing was cleaned during my stay. No complimentary tea bags or kettle in room or bottled water. Cleaner changed bedsheets after complaining about other last guests hairs on bed whilst I was in the room - weird This is no way a 3 star hotel, more of a 1 star, and at $50 for a "deluxe" this is definitely not worth it, completely overpriced. I've travelled a lot, and this is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
