The perfect place for our almost two week stay. It felt like home but with our own living space. Breakfast was always hot, fresh cooked and excellent with wonderful fresh fruits and fruit juice. The wood throughout the hotel is gorgeous. Clean, quiet and in the perfect location for street food, cafe"s, marts, temple's, night markets or the Mekong. Everything within a few minutes walk. The owners were helpful and kind and the staff were just amazing.

Super helpfull receptionist. Could give me helpful tips and was very supportive. Good recommodation for transport by train or bus. Could buy tickets there. Location in the center of town, bars and night markr easy reachable.

People serving the breakfast could be more interactive.

An older well maintained hotel with lots of dark timber features. It has a lift which is important because it's a 4 story building. Breakfast was basic filling and adequate. The hotel is on a street with lots of eateries and a large night time mainly food market, its 10 minutes walk away from the riverside night market. Reception was very good, organised taxis etc as required.

I'm grateful to the staff for their friendly service and attention to customer's needs. They made my stay very pleasant. This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel because of my business venue but I realised this is a great location. Very near minimarts and a night market/bazaar.

For the price I paid, I don't think there wasn't much to not like.

The flair is great, it's a beautiful building with an excellent location close ro temples, a night market and public transport. The manager is very flexible and accommodating. It's very convenient that they arrange pick ups, get train tickets and offer laundry services etx.I liked the breakfast which was generous according to my experience in Laos. A wonderful place!

Prime location run by a lovely, hard working family. You must visit the food market 100m up the street.

Shower got pretty warm but not piping hot.

I need to highlight the fact that it was the first place where the sheets and towels smelled nice, as fresh washed. Breakfast was a mix of a set menu and buffet. There was a huuuge veriety of fruit in the buffet. They arranged a taxi to the airport and they even put me together with other couple that were going at the same time so we could split the cost. Close to a night food market and also a big supermarket. There were also outdoor tables so it was good to buy dinner at the market and eat there.

There was not really a balcony, and the city view was over a building under construction, so it was a bit noisy.
