Everything. First of all,there is a terrible smell,when you just open an entrance door!!! I have booked a room as per the photos shown on the booking page,but what I got it's just terrible! It's not good from the hote'sl side to offer very bad conditions rooms!( Dust is everywhere! The bedsheets were broken,the walls were dirty, the doors were broken too,no any soundproofing sure,unpleasant feeling..before selling those rooms at such called a "hotel",I have doubts that it's a hotel at all, can't give even 1 star! So before selling those rooms, the greedy owner should do the good maintenance as a sigh of respect to the clients! Of course,there was no any BREAKFASTS,so simply saying that the hotel is deceiving customers with that option while booking a room! Finally,for such rooms conditions (I have booked 2 rooms) the price is too high-26$, and unfair! Even for Free , I won't book such premises again,can't name it as a hotel... unfortunately. Some hostels are much better than such "hotels"! The taken photos are shown in reality, what you gonna get it! Not those fake beautiful pictures, posted by the "hotel"!

Hôtel is located on the edge of the city. Not a Very fancy location but it makes the job for a short stay, in the low budget category. Room is ok

Be prepared to share the nights with your neighbours, walls are thin !

I don't understand the rating. This is a good hotel, good value for money. Everything was clean, located not too far from the city center. Comfortable bed. The staff is not able to speak english at all, like everywhere in Kazakhstan, so it wasn't easy sometimes to communicate, but you always find a way.

Amazing great mattress at the bed. But it was the only great thing there. I wont choose this place another time.

There were very noisy, especially when some family fight started at one of the next rooms. Was afraid to go out the room but also no one of the staff showed up. Women cried. Somebody (sounded like friend who know abusive men) tried to calm down the guy. In a while it was ok, but it was really scary. No air-condition available in the room but also was not really sure how safe is to keep window open all the night as it was 1st floor (British standard, 2nd floor Soviet standard). Was not possible to ask the reception as there were this issue describe above. No card payment possible (Thanks God I had some extra cash) but the nearest ATM is far away.

Staff very nice, could leave my luggage the next day at the reception. The shower was clean and working PERFECTLY which I found to be rare in Kazakhstan. VERY good value for money , a little far away from city venter but I knew it when I booked it.

There is no breakfast included in the price of the room but some options are available on the way to the city center. No socket by the bed only near the TV.
