Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always there when you needed them. Simple breakfast that was free. Lovely fresh fruit and eggs cooked for your liking. Not far walk from nice restaurants maybe 15 minutes.

Hard to get taxi into main area of town during bad rain.

Location was great, close to the centre but not at all noisy. All attractions are close by, so are some lovely cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was good too. We got our laundry done through the hotel, and they also helped us with booking the shared van to the railway station. All in all, a very good stay!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft, and the bed position too was not ideal; it was a pain getting on and off the bed, and the soft mattress didn't help.

Steve was super kind and the hospitality was amazing. The free sunset boat tour was nice during off season as well.

The food, although free, got the same after five days.

We had just come off a 2 day slow boat so we’re a bit exhausted but Lou and the staff were so welcoming and gave us a map of the city and his recommendations. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable! Bathroom was great and shower was powerful! We were able to have a free sunset cruise on them which was an amazing experience and they also booked another excursion which was incredible and value for money! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang!

Loooooved this place. The manager was always super helpful in anything I needed. He helped me to organize tour around and lots of suggestions about things to do in my own. Really fantastic
