Minder was de ligging; wat ver van centrum en aan drukke niet aantrekkelijke weg

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe qui a été d’un accueil et d’une gentillesse incroyable ! L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, à une quinzaine de minute à pied du centre ville. Nous venons souvent à Luang Prabang et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Nous ne comprenons pas la note 7,7 / 10, il mérite bien bien plus !

This hotel gives false advertising. Most of the rooms are on the basement which they called the first floor. After much discussion they agreed to put us in one of the few rooms upstairs and then next day they demanded we had to move to the basement. We left. They also state online they are near the river and that’s not the case at all. Also they claim the hotel is close to centre and it’s very far. The staff are kind nevertheless and the breakfast was at best decent. The room was spacious and clean though they put us in the front on the busy street. Also where next door there is a huge amount of garbage refuse from the building next door. I don’t recommend this place and I rarely would advise as such.

Don't call the basement the first floor.

Elegant and well designed place

It was too far from the historic center for me . There was a lot of construction going on in February 2025

Very nice room, but it was in the basement. Great breakfast. Free bicycles, easy to go into town.

The terrace was useless, since there are building construction going on next door (january 2025). The pool area is small, but ok, but due to the construction site next door, it was dusty and the pool not clean.

Staff were great but pictures and advertisements were all wrong
