"Perfectly located in the heart of the city, although the thin walls can be noisy."

If you want to enjoy the city centre, this hotel is the very centre itself. It can’t get any better. Surrounded by the liveliest districts of the city.

The external noise is very well isolated, considering the buzzing streets surrounding the hotel. However, the problem lies in the thin walls. You can hear people from the next rooms talking, vacuum cleaners, Nespresso machines, showers… everything. The walls are extremely thin, and this is a pity if you want to rest a bit.

Locatie was zeer centraal en aan een druk plein, en gelukkig was het pand goed geïsoleerd voor geluid van buiten. Communicatie met het hotel over toegang was prima

Ik kreeg veel te veel e-mails van Booking over gegevens die doorgegeven moesten worden. Dit is onnodig en vervelend. Zodra de gegevens doorgegeven zijn, moet het ophouden met opvolgende mails over hetzelfde onderwerp.

La posizione è molto buona, le camere sono curate.

Riscaldamento rotto e temperatura altissima in camera, segnalato immediatamente ma risolto solo al 3 giorno, due notti insonni a porta aperta (e la zona è estremamente rumorosa). Sullo staff, la prima receptionist è stata completamente indifferente, nei giorni seguenti sinceramente si è presentata un'altra persona, molto disponibile ma, alla fine, il problema non è stato risolto. Se ci sono 25 gradi in camera perchè il riscaldamento si è incantato e non può essere spento, non si può dire che il tecnico del riscaldamento non può venire. Si deve trovare una soluzione.

"Super fijn hotel, hartje centrum van de stad."

Super lokatie , erg schoon en bijzonder aardig personeel ( als ze aanwezig waren )

Behoorlijk veel lawaai van de straat en receptie ( kamer 101 ) maar onze 2de kamer was wat dat betreft prima alleen werkte daar helaas de airco niet.
