Parking in front of the hotel Friendly personnel comfortable room - a chair for the desk would have been appreciated Location - close to town by car

the restaurant .... it was supposed to be open at 19:30 but it was 20:00 before it was open. It was full of tables of workers so it didn't feel like a restaurant. The fixed menu (3 pasta dishes & main courses to choose from) also ade it feel more like a works canteen. The wine was undrinkable - there wasn't even a wine list to be able to choose another or the possibility of a digestive. The food was ok, not exceptional but the dessert had obviously just been made (tiramisu) because the mascarpone was warm and runny, not set and it was served in a plastic disposable cup with a few bits of biscuit stuck into the runny cream. 😒 Come on, Hotel Holiday, I think you can do a lot better than that! It was a real pity because it really let down what is a pleasant hotel

Bicycle friendly with secure storage provided free. Out of town and nothing near but not a problem if traveling by car. Rooms recently ish renovated and fit for purpose Good recommendations from reception for dinner.

Breakfast was average. Staff ranged from super helpful to indifferent bordering insoucience.
