Clean room in a great location.

Quite noisy at night and would have been nice to have some fresh fruit included in the breakfast.

"Superb"

Extremely friendly hosts who were so very helpful to a person who doesn't speak any Italian. Room was certainly dated but most importantly, extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast provided was great too. Position was very convenient with a great aspect across from the park.

"We loved our stay at hotel Kim it came as a pleasant surprise nice clean room, good beds and clean."

Breakfast was excellent we could not ask for more. A short walk through the park and you reached the beach. Plenty of good places to eat.
