la posizione comoda per le mie esigenze

l'albergo è frequentato da persone poco rispettose che fanno schiamazzi fino a tarda notte, le pareti delle stanze sono sottilissime ed è impossibile riposare.

posizione ottima e in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo ma credo sia l'unico valore aggiunto indiscutibile

La struttura non è in buone condizioni. Il bagno presenta difficoltà con l'acqua calda, ci sono prese e cavi elettrici a vista vicino la doccia. Non c'era bagnoschiuma o saponette e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare.
