Hotel O Maa Residency

I don't know I didn't get to stay there.

Found out when I got there. They don't rent to foreigners. Indian nationals only. They didn't offer to find me another hotel. Just pointed down the street to a different hotel. They spent 5 minutes looking at their phone to find where it says no foreigner buried in the important information on the booking.com site. I have seen hostels with no kids or old people but never seen no foreigners.

The room was not safe. Its unable to close the windows near the door, and anybody can come through the window or can open the door lock. We have told them regaeding, but said nobody come. But its a concern when we go with family. Secondly, they have kept our aadar card till checkout. I dont see this anywhere else. It feel like they suspect us. AndNo proper contact number to communicate with the proparty. (OYO Costumer care number provided). The AC was making noice. I think yhey treat online booking costumers in that way as we have already booked and we have no option left. I dont reccoment online booking for this proparty
