Hotel Dollar Inn

I liked that they had AC. They also gave me wifi.

The room was a lot smaller and congested than I expected. Very very small room and not a single window. The toilet seat was broken - the towels were unclean, I never used their towel. The water faucet leaked water from the bottom. The switches were almost broken. The TV did not work. The place seemed dirty and smelled unusual. The bathroom was separated by a slide door, which you could not lock from outside (it could be locked from the inside, thankfully). So, the dampness of the bathroom came into the room. The location was terrible - very very narrow street that led up to the hotel. Suffocating.

Friendly staff, room clean and comfortable. Close to New Delhi railway station.

Hotel location was good. But hotel facilities were very bad. Not recommended for stay.

The receptionist was nice and let me pay at evening because all ATM in the street were not working. The hotel is in walkable distance to the railway and metro station. The staff was nice.

We booked room with 2 twin beds and we got one queen bed. The door handle in the bathroom fell off(no big issue, just lol :D ) The hot water did not work or we did not know how to use the hot water boiler :D Little bit tricky to find for a first time but then alright, it is a small street you can reach only by walking.

Staffs are polite. Nothing else. Nothing good about this hotel.

AC also we have to ask reception to start to off. If you didn't ask they will not start. Primary lock broken. One manual lock is there. That is the only lock. NO digital lock.No Breakfast. The area is too cheap and clumsy. you can't even go in a big suitcase.

All were good! But at last they were saying they gave the balance they had to settle , but at the booking in we paid more due to the change money we did not had , and tgey said they will pay the bakance when we are leaving , but on leaving the manager said he has settled us! At last tgere was a boy who was helping us in all aspects who can talk english too , so he interfered and settled from his money , manager was ver rude!

Staffs are friendly,

No kitchen, not dinning room to take the food that was ordered. The room facilities are not good. No smoking room. People smoke near the stair and smell comes directly into the room. They don't maintain silence. They don't bother whether the guest will get distrube or not. No telephone in room. If room service required have to reached down to the reception or call from your own mobile phone. The hotel management don't asked the guest whether they require their assistant while checking out.
