温泉の清掃がとても行き届いていた。 スタッフの身だしなみはホテルの格に相応。 売店の対応は良かった。

電話問い合わせをした時(2回)、ホテル名のみでスタッフが名乗らなかった。 名乗るべきだと思う。　また、その際こちらの質問の意味がわからず答えになっていなかった。 外国人皆が悪いわけではなく(フロントは合格)、電話では少々イラっとした。 平日で夕食にレストランは混んでいなかったが、スタッフがせかせかしてはいないけれど、食器を片付ける時、次を持ってくる時、それぞれタイミングが悪い。 尋ねられた時もありますし、混んでいる時は仕方ないとも思えますが、ゆったりと食事したかった。 食事代を部屋づけにしたけれど、食事の明細がチェックアウト時に渡されなかった。 不要な方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、要不要を尋ねる方がいいと感じます。 布団を敷きに来たスタッフがホテルの格に合わない。 ごくごく普通すぎて、くつろいでいる雰囲気に対するへりくだりがない。

Huge hotel rooms with excellent facilities. 50m from the stunning local beach. Lovely onsen and spa area along with nice relaxed hang out/viewing spaces high up in the hotel and in the main reception area. Great washing and drying facilities onsite were very welcome too.

Pool was closed for the season on arbitrary date that does not reflect the reality of the weather. It was still mid to late 20's in October which was why we picked the town and hotel for a beach break after walking the Kudo Kumano
