Kumegawa Wing Hotel

The room is begger than expected. They have delicious bread for breakfast.

A bit far from the station if you have luggage it might be difficult.

Breakfast was OK, but I prefer to have something other than bread and pastries. Coffee, tea and juice selection was good and everything was well presented

I prefer to have some protein at breakfast

I enjoyed my breakfast a lot. The rolls were delicious! The lady who served it was very kind.

The staff at the reception could have been more proactive in giving information. They only handed me a sheet with instructions, but didn't personally explain how things work in the hotel or make sure I didn't have any questions.

Great location, very near the station. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were very friendly and we took advantage of the included breakfast. The decor is a bit dated but we picked this place for convenience and comfort over style.

Lack of aircon was a slight issue. We luckily had quite average weather during our stay and therefore could leave the window open over night to cool down, but had it been hot we would have really struggled. The air-con did not have a cold setting and even was set to 18 degrees, would randomly start blowing hot air during the night.

Close to the things we needed to access. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

A little dated.

Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms reasonably priced. There is coin laundry, but bring your own detergent! You can buy from the local 7/11.
