I think this hotel needs to improve its services for the amount they charge . I did a tour snd notef that Toilet did not have sny seats, and the hotel standard is like a cheap motel. I ended up canceling my booking.

Overall the hotel stsndard is very low compared to the amount they charge. I ended up canceling my booking.

Breakfast was great and very filling.. The service was good and the grounds are very beatiful and serene

Clean and close to facilities. Lovely staff and green grass lawn at the back.

Extremely noisy at night until about 1130pm. Loud music stops at 10pm but revellers drink and laugh until much later even on week nights. If you like sleep this is not the hotel for you.

The manager is very good and the director and also Anita who I meet at the reception the first day they listen and act but the waiters you request for something only to tell you they forgot. The tv is controlled from one point and when we requested to watch the news the lady at the reception Vero didn't bother and the service is really slow. They should improve on that. The music is also too loud you can't sleep well. They should also improve on the breakfast. But overall the Director and manager are trying to do a good job so there's room for improvement
