I felt safe and comfortable at the Camellia Hotel; the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, with a window overlooking the mountains and a stunning sunset view. Breakfast included plenty of fresh fruits and juices, the mango juice was delicious. The friendly host could help with booking train tickets, tuk-tuks, and hot air balloon rides; the prices and quality were both good.

Camellia is a good place for those who like peace and quietness, but centrally located. Everything is available within walking distance. The hotel offers a very tasty breakfast and it is free, very pleasant staff, helpful and the staff answer all your questions in an easy way.

Sometimes, no one at lobby and they will appear if you text or call them!

The cleaninless and the huge room I got to stay

The prices for the tours were a bit higher compared to other tourism agencies around the hotel.

The hotel is located centrally, few minutes walking to night market, near Nam Song River. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was great, we could have breakfast at the hotel, not outside in the morning. The room was spacious and equipped with basic facilities. Good Wi-Fi connection even in the lobby

The location was great. Right in the center of town, near the river. It was clean and fit for what we needed. Alex, was absolutely amazing from his communication to his energy and attitude. He sorted out trips for us and also organized a tuktuk with very kind driver to the blue lagoons. Breakfast was delicious.

Perfect experience there, I had all traveling plans with Alex, a wonderful host. Nice and easy going people who I met at breakfast place. Clean hotel and great location, 100% recommendation!
