Hotel SU kataragama

Our stay at Hotel su was absolutely delightful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in kataragama ot tissa

Incorrect name of hotel and address on Booking.com No comfortable area to sit outside Breakfast very poor Staff member, although as helpful as possible, had negligible English

In short, the place was great 👍. The location was great (in a nice quiet area but still close to the city), the room was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very attentive. We had an issue with one of the door locks and they promptly offered us another room. Breakfast was great as well. Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

Breakfast is good—very nice manager. But, all work is done by one person.

One water bottle is not enough. A minimum of two bottles of drinking water and bed tea are also needed.

The room were really big and really nice, there was a lot of space also in the bathroom. Furthermore, the service was really good with welcome drink and fresh bedsheets. Also, they prepared food for us when we were there which was also super nice.

The pillows and the towels were not that clean. Nothing that we could not overcome, but still not completely clean which could be improved.

Rooms space are very good and delicious foods bathrooms are very clean
