They are very welcoming. Facilities also good. Best value for money.

Staff were very attentive to us. Their food was delicious. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Great pool and comfy beds. AC was working great and quiet.

WiFi was not working.

The host and the restaurant waiter were really kind and helpful. They even helped to clean our road bikes. Upon arrival we received a nice welcome drink and the pool was nice and clean!

Sound isolation of the door, some noise from outside/ main road can be heard.

Very beautiful hotel, much nicer than we expected.. Good restaurant and spotless clean swimmingpool. For the first time during our stay in Sri Lanka finally a minibar in the room and a hairdryer. We enjoyed all the comfort and will definitly recommend this lovely place. And if you are there especially notice the iron gate: extreme nice design!

Lovely manager who wanted to make sure our stay was as good as possible. We ate at the hotel and tables set up outside by candlelight and lots of food options. Lovely clean pool in beautifully manicured gardens.. fabulous ground keeping !! Room comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely stay on our Sri Lanka tour.

I liked the proximity to the national park and the cleanliness of the room. I liked the pool also and the bird life around the pool.

The food could have been better. Myself and my partner have allergies which we informed the hotel ahead of time but I don’t see that much effort was made to accommodate these. There was also only one staff member who had good English, which is fine but as someone with allergies I was worried something with food orders would be lost in translation. The restaurant had no atmosphere and orders took a very long time to be fulfilled.

The staff were amazing, we travelled with an 11 month baby and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Such a beautiful place and experience

Lakegala is the One of the best places I stayed in srilanka. Staffs , receptionist everyone welcomed with a smile. Excellent place to stay 👌
