Friendly staff, good food, clean room

Was greeted by the guest manager, Luke who was very friendly and ready to help in every way he could. Luke provided some great recommendations for eating out and not pushing the hotel restaurant options at all. He is a real asset to the hotel and a shining example of what good customer service is all about. The reception staff were also very helpful

Wifi was a little 'hit and miss' but didn't affect my stay in any way. Poor connection was probably due to high local usage and demand.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The first room I was given had a terrible odor and a lot of ants. The second room was better but the AC didn’t really work and the fan screeched, which made for a sleepless night. When I woke up, there were cockroaches in my suitcase.

Wonderful stay. Food was tasty. The pool is good .. value for money. Recommended for any traveller who visit kandy.

Pizza and fried rice was good. The staff were friendly and kind.

The breakfast was horrible. We couldn't get an early morning coffee. We changed rooms to get one that was in a lower floor, however both the deluxe family rooms were completely different, in the sense there was no cupboard and baggage table in the room we changed to later on, for the exact same price. We were also disappointed to find hair on the pillows that was in the room recently cleaned, and one of blanket had huge stain on them.

Staff were very responsive, understanding and courteous.

Water temperature in bathrooms was erratic. Breakfast timing could have been a bit early.
