"This place needs some serious maintainers and updates. Not worth the money."

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, lovely view

Room was not cleaned properly, dirty, old and outdated. Not even basic amenities were there. For instance, no hairdryer, iron and iron board. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were absolute disaster. No shampoo or conditioner were available. Whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower and there were two small frogs in the bathroom. We book the room for 2 nights but only stayed for one night since I felt so uncomfortable.

Its very good place to stay in Anuradapura city, friendly service & calm surrounding. However im very happy with comfortable furnitures.

Its some noises in airconditioner while functioning , its disturbing

"Peaceful and quiet stay."

Property is situated in a peaceful setting. We really enjoyed our stay and it was well worth the price we paid. Rooms are clean and spacious overlooking paddy fields. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing to complain.
