Good location and nice garden to relax in front of Tisaa Tank.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had across more than 100 bookings on Booking.com. Despite having a confirmed, non-refundable reservation, the owner gave our cabana room away to someone else—likely for a higher price due to it being a busy day. This completely ruined our trip and left us stranded on the road. When confronted, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. His exact response to what he could do to fix the situation was, "I cannot build more rooms now." Avoid this place at all costs. Unreliable management and terrible customer service.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the manager was extremely helpful throughout our vacation. Highly recommended!

Staff is somewhat friendly

I was stayed in Lily, there were no Body wash, shampoo or anything to even wash the hands, no table or mirror in the room. Only one side table is available but all the lockers were broken. The staircase is not in a good condition too. The room is not up to the standard and not worthy. I happen to visit to the kitchen and it was very filthy. Our package included the breakfast and the curries were not adequate to the portion.

The location was excellent, very close to tye Tissa Wewa. The garden was very welcoming.

Accessibility with public transport was not ideal. Although the hotel was in a quiet place, the birds nesting above the ceiling in the room were noisy and were active through the day, even at 4 am! The amenities for tea/coffee making were not available (only a kettle provided), and only a small piece of soap was provided. The lint from the towels were sticking to everything after a wash. They should have been washed prior to supply. The breakfast was mediocre and was not freshly prepared.
