I,recently stayed at RJ Mahal, Star Hotel, paranthan, killinochi and, unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room was filled with insects, which made it very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my mum even found a centipede inside her dress, which was extremely unsettling. The towels provided were also quite dirty and not up to standard. However, I must mention that the customer service was good, and the hotel manager was very kind and attentive to our concerns. While the staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the room really needs to be improved."

Digital TV did not work. Fridge did not work. Noisy Shower drain blocked

The place is a very fancy reception hall. The rooms were superb furniture's and clean to standards. The owner was very kind and helpful, the food exceptional. Very spacious parking lot.

The room might have been a bit cleaner (a lot of calcit in the bathroom) but as we made the booking last minute, we understand there might not be enough time.
