"Clean and cozy"

Great location, clean room and bathroom, quiet at night and large comfortable bed.

Shower pressure could have been better but not a big deal.

"Exceptional"

I stayed for a month, it was a perfect stay. The host is a very kind hospitable man, always ready to help with any questions. I was working remotely and he did more than everything for my comfort. As well he showed me some wonderful places nearby and it was always interesting to talk to him. Best service for such affordable price

Rooms were spacious and clean, had A/C and hot water. Very good deal for this price! Friendly and helpful host :)

"Clean, well furnished, guest house, with a helpful and friendly owner."

Really clean, well-equipped, and nicely furnished room. Good hot water and WiFi. This guest house is on the main road between Matara and Colombo. Kelum, the owner, is a genuinely nice guy and a good communicator.

This is a very nice, and well-managed, place to stay. The only drawback is the road noise and general ambient dim of Mirissa - crappy dance music and other noise.
