J7 Villaj Resort

Une belle chambre et confortable. Le personnel extrêmement gentils et aidants. Nous avons pu faire notre lessive et louer un tuktuk via l'hôtel. Emplacement idéal, au calme. Et une mention spéciale au personnel et a leurs attentions envers notre enfant.

Отличный отель с прекрасным персоналом. Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз, удобно расположен недалеко от океана и улицы с ресторанами, хороший бассейн с шезлонгами. Хороший завтрак, даже когда нет шведского стола. Особенно хочу отметить Thurai - заботился о нас как о членах своей семьи, всегда во всем помогал. Каждый приезд (в прошлом году жили в другом отеле, так как здесь запрещено проживание с детьми до 3 лет, а мы были с 2-летним ребенком, но приходили в ресторан на ужин) - теплый приём. Радует, что начали ремонт в отеле - все же время идет и в таком климате все быстро ветшает. В номерах удобные кровати, места для троих хватает.

La ubicación es perfecta y el tamaño de las habitaciones estupendo. El personal que sirve el desayuno es muy agradable y además si vas a excursión de snorkel te lo pueden preparar para take away.

El primer día encontramos dos cucarachas en el baño y un pequeño sapo. Aunque no volvieron a aparecer, creo que sería buena opción repasar las habitaciones antes de que entre La alcachofa por donde sale la ducha estaba un poco sucia.

Śniadania w formie bufetu, zarówno lankijskie jak i angielskie. Owoce, świeże soki, dużo jajek w różnej postaci (można sobbie wybierać codziennie), pieczywo tylko tostowe, ale też dużo różnych słodkich i słonych bułek. Obsługa znakomita, pomocna i życzliwa. Największe podziękowania dla Thuraia, który dbał o nas na każdym kroku. W hotelu czuliśmy się swobodnie, mogliśmy spędzać czas na terenie hotelu i na basenie w dowolnych porach, nikomu nic nie przeszkadzało. Lokalizacja doskonała, do pięknej plaży Uppuveli maks. 5 min. na piechotę. Obok hotelu mnóstwo barów i restauracji.

Brak miejsca do przechowywania w pokoju. Nie ma szafy, jest tylko wieszak i dwie małe szafki przy łóżku.

De badkamer, veel bruine schimmelvlekken, 3 dagen lang geen warm water, shampoo houdertjes die stuk waren. Gele wc bril. Onderhoud in het resort laat te wensen over.

Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. Location was also fab as can easily get down to fernandos easily which offers a wide range of food and drinks or you can walk down the beach to other places to eat and drink which are lovely at nighttime. We hired a scooter through the hotel and this was super easy and affordable to do and allowed us to go and explore further away. Aircon was effective and cooled the room down really well. We had 2 balconies, one by the front door which overlooked the pool and was beautiful when dark because of all the lights and the back balcony was really handy for drying clothes off. Bathroom was a good size and had the option for a cold or hot shower. Had a small shampoo and shower gel bottle left as well as a hand soap. Bed linen was clean and the fridge was working and cold. At night time they locked the gates and had someone there to let us in when we came back which made it feel quite safe. Breakfast included freshly made omelette and a fresh juice as well as other local staples and toast etc. Staff were always very attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

No safety deposit box even thought it was included on the listing. Tv didn’t work (but we didn’t mind and I’m sure if we had asked someone to look at it they would have been able to sort it out). Lots of big red ants (weaver ants) where the sun loungers were so couldn’t sunbathe without them crawling around

Fantastisch luxe hotel. Mooi groot zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet aan het zwembad. Grote en zeer propere kamers. Rustig gelegen. Op wandelafstand van de zee.

Wifi viel vaak uit.
