The room was ok and clean.

The staff was really unprofessional that they don’t care for customers.When checking in,we had to tell them to help us with the luggage and even when checking out,we carried the baggage ourselves that they didn’t even bother. Moreover,they ask everyone to leave the keys with the reception whenever anyone wants to go out saying that they won’t go to the rooms. The third thing that left us disappointed was that the room didn’t have windows which was like living in a prison. The only thing that we liked was the room was clean. I should say that we are disappointed.

I booked this room with breakfast but they didn't provide.

The shower was ok

Standard room had no window, so it felt quite claustrophobic. The staff were shouting in the corridors like out of control teenagers. I had to ask somebody to turn music or tv down at 6:30am. It felt like there were no responsible adults working there.
