Chaya ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich und sie hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Sie hat sowohl den Ausflug in den Wilpattu Nationalpark als auch den nach Mihintale für uns organisiert. Die Zimmer waren wunderbar und die Unterkunft selbst eine wahre Oase in Anuradhapura. Das Bett war sehr bequem, aber das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war das selbst gekochte Essen. Wir erhielten viele Informationen über die Zubereitung der Speisen und die Zutaten. Auch die vielen Tipps für unsere Rundreise und die netten Gespräche mit Chaya haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.

駅やバスステーションに到着してTUKTUKを使う時にはオーナーに相談するとぼったくりを回避できます。ユネスコ遺産も効率よく余す事なく観光できる誠実なドライバーを見つけてくれます。どこに行くにも安くて適正な価格を勧めてくれます。食事、部屋、安心感全てが70歳バーバにはありがたかったです。

A true gem of a place!! It was absolutely amazing all around from room, to food, cooking class and the great support booking tour around the city. Host was delightful and pampered us in every best way. Highest recommendations :)

Chaya is een erg vriendelijke gastvrouw die het haar gasten naar hun zin wil maken. Ze zorgt voor alles, geeft advies, regelt vervoer en kan dan ook nog eens uitstekend koken. Na ons eerste avondmaal schreef ik me dan ook in voor de kookles. We leerden 7 curry's maken en die waren overheerlijk! De tuk-tuk chauffeur die ze aanbeval was ook een prima gids die heel goed en grappig uitleg gaf over niet enkel de oude stad, maar over Sri Lanka in zijn geheel. Zeker aan te bevelen! Bijkomend voordeel is dat het net buiten de drukke nieuwe stad ligt en een mooie tuin heeft. Dank u Chaya! Ook voor het heerlijk ontbijt en lunchpakket voor op de trein 🙏!

The best accomadation I had in Sri Laka. The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and immaculate. The food sensationnel, the cooking class fabulous but best of all was the reception. Chaya is an incredible host. Don't hesitate!

We voelden ons direct thuis bij Chaya. Ze kookt de lekkerste maaltijden en is zeer behulpzaam om vervoer of tours te regelen. De tuktuk chauffeur Ajith maakte elke trip tot een feestje. Mooie grote kamer, geweldig ontbijt, heerlijke douche, mooie groene tuin. Het is een feest als je bij Chaya bent geweest!!

As well as a great cook, Chaya is very helpful with anything you need and can help arrange tours of Jaffna or a Safari in the National Parks. I couldn't rate this stay highly enough. A very comfortable homestay with friendly and attentive hosts. We were in a private bungalow with ensuite, we only wished we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed every part of the stay.

El alojamiento de Chaya ha sido un completo descubrimiento: las habitaciones muy limpias, la comida una absoluta delicia, todo perfecto y además, ella nos ayudó mucho a la hora de descubrir Anudhapura. Con la ayuda de Agí ,nuestro driver, que nos ha enseñado los puntos más importantes de la ciudad y nos ha llevado a sitios para descubrir la cultura Budista. Si volvemos repetiremos en este alojamiento.
