"Cancelation was difficult"

​I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the hotel offers decent value for money and the actual stay was okay—the rooms were clean and met my basic needs. ​

However, the booking process was frustrating. Even though Booking.com stated "free cancellation at any time," I had to argue back and forth with the property multiple times just to cancel one of my rooms. It was much more difficult than it should have been.
