The room was clean, we stayed only one night but is was perfect for this short stay. I can recommend it for a longer stay as well. very safe & secure for family travelers. AC worked well. more spaces to enjoy and a big pool. all other things handy

This hotel is the perfect oasis in the heart of busy negombo. Loved the garden and the location to town. Well thought out and designed hotel with stylish interiors. Breakfast was great - delivered up to your hotel at your chosen time.

We had a nice family stay ... Walking distance to the beach...Overall we had a good experience for a short stay..

We felt very comfortable in a cultured, clean place. very well maintained, clean and full of art. The rooms are large and cosy, Excellent breakfasts.

The workers are friendly, the room is pretty and clean the swimming pool. Perfect inside and outside. Excellent service, English speaking staff. There's also a parking lot that's very convenient.

Très pratique pour atterrir 1 ou 2 jours avant de s aventurer dans le pays. La piscine est top pour les enfants. Les personnel très agréable. Les chambres propres. Le centre de negombo beach est très proche avec touts commerces et restauration.

Beautiful villa!! Very quiet and peaceful area with wonderful huge swimming pool! Good size room and all what you need is there. Staff is friendly and helpful. good breakfast too.
