Un soggiorno stupendo. Come chiudere la vacanza nel migliore dei modi. A casa tikiri non puoi far altro che rilassarti. Nessuna distrazione, nessun rumore. Drinks ottimo. I ragazzi sono tutti splendidi.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the food was excellent. The setting is lovely and clearly well maintained.

Unfortunately, the overall service and communication were not smooth at all, especially considering the price. When we arrived to check in after leaving our luggage earlier, the staff seemed confused and repeatedly asked for our room number, which we obviously did not have yet. This set the tone for the stay. Throughout our visit, most interactions felt difficult and awkward, with frequent misunderstandings. Even very simple requests did not feel natural: for example, asking for a tea during dinner felt as if we were requesting something unusual or complicated. The service was very minimal and not proactive. Basic things, such as offering water or assistance, were never anticipated. Although the owners were present, they never came to greet us, which felt disappointing for a hotel of this standard. At check-out, no one offered to help with our luggage despite the heat, and once again the interaction felt unnecessarily confusing. A beautiful hotel with great food, but a lack of fluidity and hospitality that clearly impacted the experience.

Amazing location, stunningly decorated and the pool area is so relaxing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Would’ve preferred to have some more local delicacies on the menu as the Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing but that was it!

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in my life.l and probably will be ever. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are so kind, the pool area has so many lounging options, I had the ability to work in the communal space. It just had everything needed not to leave. The breakfast was lovely & I also had the best ragú I’ve probably ever had in the evening too.

The decoration and thought fullness of the little details in Casa Tikiri made this place feel like a home from home. Beautiful local sourced craftsmanship for soft furnishings and art throughout. The room was spacious and comfortable, good functioning fan and air conditioning. Soft bedding and towels and a stunning outdoor shower that felt like you were showing in the jungle. The staff were exceptional, helpful and always smiling. The dining setting is gorgeous and comfortable, breakfast is fresh and tasty. I also visited the sister hotel Paddy Lodge to practice yoga twice. The teacher was very good and the environment there equally as welcoming. The free tuktuk between properties was a simple but nice touch for guests. I can tell the owners really poured their heart and soul into this place and want to continue to improve it. Thanks Alice and Stefano! We will absolutely return.

The dinner was "okay" and nothing special, the flavours were a bit bland and the portions were quite small. We left hungry even after starter main and a desert. However, it was priced like a mid- high range European dinner, much more expensive than most other places we ate (including the upmarket ones) but sadly it didn't meet that quality we expected. This main area could be most improved to make the premium prices worth it.

Een prachtig verblijf met heerlijk Italiaans eten. We hebben een fijne yogales gevolgd en de bedden zijn heerlijk comfortabel. Een ontspannen en sfeervolle plek om te verblijven.

De prijzen zijn iets hoger in vergelijking met andere accommodaties in de omgeving, maar de kwaliteit en de mooie uitstraling maken dit goed.
