Super place and friendly

It was definitely worth the price, the place had 2 pools for the guest to use. Not too crowded. Had Plenty of parking space. Flexible check in time. Bathroom accessories were included. TV had local and international channel.

01. First impression of the room is disappointment. It was not a pleasant smell once we entered the room. No air freshers were used in the room that we stayed, they have just thrown a buch of Naphthalene balls/නාෆ්තලීන් බෝල (mothballs) in the room in Bathroom which had a strong odor in the room which made us regret immediately. 02. Secondly, there was a condom found in the room which is not what we want to find in a family room. Imagine you travel with your mom or your wife's family members and when they open the drawer they find this packet, how awkward it will be. 03. We had to pay for the foods/ drinks but when we just ordered a simple tea to have it in the morning, the receptionist said that they had big party last night, so the kitchen is not yet open and we have to wait for 1hr for the tea still they didn't provide so we ended up leaving the place without our coffee. - Huge disappointment 04. They have multiple dogs in the place which is a nice thing but it doubts the cleanness of the place (Specially the pool area) what if the dogs just peed in the pool before you arrive. I'm not saying it happened, but always there's a possibility

We stayed one night and had a bad experience. First, the AC in our room didn’t work. After we complained, staff pretended it was fine, then finally gave us another room. But the mattress was placed upside down, and we had to fix it ourselves. Very disappointing service, especially after a great first stay.
