Una Beach Hotel & OLU Cafe

Simple, but nice and clean rooms, very cosy commmon outdoor area, yummy breakfast. Extremly friendly staff. Only few steps to the beach.

We got a free upgrade to the sea view room, which was super nice. Spacious room, super location, best shower we had in Sri Lanka and very kind, relaxed and helpful staff. After three weeks traveling Sri Lanka I think this was our best stay and would definitely recommend

There are some bars with music in the beach area that can be heart at night. Nothing the owner can do about this and the sound insulation of the room itself is good (and was sufficient for us), but might be something to keep in mind for light sleepers

The staff was amazing, food was amazing and also the location was top notch!

Towels were little dirty and we had cockroaches in our room.

Incredible location, friendly/helpful staff and great ambiance. The room was also gorgeous (we could see the ocean from our suite) and well maintained, no bugs and good air conditioning. They also have a delicious cafe and restaurant. This place is an incredible value as well.

I loved this place, best coffee ever, Thai food with a Thai chef. Amazing food. Few steps over to the beach. The rooms was great size and king size bed so comfy with nets, air con works great. Court yard looks boutique. But what made my stay was the staff and manager, always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Beach was calmest to swim I'd seen on the whole south coast. I was very sad to leave and can't wait to come back, next time for longer.

Be prepared for bugs and lizards in your room! The standard of the hotel and restaurants doesn’t reflect the room as they are quite dated.

A place with a proper espresso machine! I could've cried when I had my espresso after 2 weeks of only having watery coffee, it was that good. Anyway, room itself was great: working A/C, spacious, good shower temperature. This place was great value for money. Only around a 5min walk to the beach.

The room was so spacious and clean. The balcony view was stunning and location was awesome. They let me check in a little early which I appreciated.

The Wifi was pretty much non existent. I also got charged higher than quoted on booking.com.
