Das Personal war sehr freundlich (besonders Sahan, der einen stets herzlich begrüßt) und rund um die Uhr verfügbar für Anliegen. Als wir ein Problem hatten, würde sich direkt darum gekümmert und wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade gratis bekommen. Das Hotel ist auch nur 5min vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Alles sehr sauber, der Pool ist angenehm und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. La salle de bain est ok.

Property is about half a kilometre from the beach, but there are better options with a beach front. On a positive note, the Sri Lankan breakfast was fresh and tasty, and that was the only highlight of the stay.

We stayed for three nights in two rooms. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the price charged. The property has four ground-floor rooms facing the pool that are in good condition. However, the top-floor rooms lack basic facilities. During our stay, the top-floor rooms had frequent electricity outages, and air conditioning did not work at all, despite repeated requests. In Mirissa’s heat, this made the rooms very uncomfortable. We also faced poor sanitation and no regular cleaning during the stay. Electricity was available in other rooms while ours remained without power for long periods. The shower in the bathroom didnt have any force, water was just trickling.. Another concern was that luggage to the upper floors was handled by the owner’s elderly father, which felt uncomfortable to witness. Overall, the property is not worth the price paid, especially for the top-floor rooms. Future guests should clearly confirm the room location and availability of continuous electricity and working air conditioning before booking.

Minor point, but needs better hand soap and bathing soap

Everything was amazing absolute perfection loved the breakfast the family work so hard.

Hezký hotýlek s příjemnými majiteli, bohaté snídaně ( i když každý den skoro stejné). Bazén vždy čistý a lehátka také.

Velmi pěkné rodinné ubytování. Majitel a jeho rodina se o nás skvěle starali. Jedná se o menší ubytování, vše čisté, snídaně místní výborná, bazén paráda. Skvělý poměr cena/kvalita. Kousek od Mirissa Beach.
