There are no basic facilities in the property, except a basic room. And, we didn’t get hot water in the bathroom.

"They don't even answer the phones!"

We were not able to check in because the gates were locked by 10pm and the phone numbers were not working. We were stranded outside the property and were forced to go find some other terrible accommodation. The hotel never called to confirm the booking, never answered our calls. Never ever experienced something like this before that too with a property this big
