Waters Spring

The hotel is located close to the river, a bit outside of Kandy. Depending on the room you reserve, you may have a view of the garden and river. The rooms are large, air conditioning and rooftop fans are provided. If you arrive late, you may have dinner at the hotel. The food is excellently prepared. Breakfast was also very good, and you are provided with fresh fruit, bacon and eggs (if you wish), and Sri Lankan coffee. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and helpful, and the service is great. They contacted us while we were travelling by train to Kandy and arranged a pick up service from the train station. The driver they arranged for us was the best we experienced in Kandy, and we were even invited to his home for a meal and coffee. One evening, we went out along the river quite late, and the staff at the hotel called me two hours later when they realised we had not yet returned, asking if everything was ok. I highly recommend Waters Spring for your stay in Kandy. It will be a bit quieter, but if this is your thing, you will certainly enjoy it.

Had a lovely stay at Waters Spring Hotel in Kandy. Spacious and clean rooms, good staff and reasonably priced. Good English breakfast and served at the requested time.

Великолепный отель! Нам дали лучший номер, чем мы бронировали за те же деньги, так как были свободные места. Это лучший отель на всей Шри-Ланке, в которых мы были. Просторные номера, терраса с зеленой ухоженной травкой. Безупречная чистота, уют, комфорт. А обслуживающий персонал выше всяких похвал! Отель очень красивый, можно покормить рыбок в небольшом пруду прямо в отеле. Всем рекомендую. Завтраки великолепные. Нам приносили 6 видов фруктов каждое утро. Надеюсь приедем еще раз.

The customer service of the staff was excellent. They are very friendly and always there to look after you while you are there

The accommodation offered a highly comfortable stay, marked by attentive and supportive staff. The establishment's cleanliness and exceptional value for the cost were particularly noteworthy. Complementary amenities were thoughtfully provided and consistent access to hot water. Absolutely loved how the photos on website met the actual experience.

Little far from city center. However it was not an issue.
