Avin Beach Villa

The property is beachfront with access to the beach! But you can’t walk all the way round the bays to other beaches! There is only one room I would stay in and it’s the studio with large balcony and full sea views!

Had a look in some of the other rooms and they were very tired and of need of sprucing up.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the location right on the beach is great, the pool is fantastic, they have a super cute cat. The area is quiet, monkeys are paying a visit, turtle beach (with turtles) next door.

The rooms, around 68€ are quite pricey, they could get a bit a refurbishment, in particular the bathrooms.

Away from the madness of Ulawatuna but close enough by tuk-tuk for a little madness. Great neighborhood around the villa and wonderful pool.

Kind of spendy for food at the place.

The host family was super friendly and accommodating. The pool is super nice and the view of the beach is fantastic! The beds were really comfortable, the AC was either full-blast or off, that was unfortunate. But everything else was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Avin Beach Villa. Yes, it's pretty basic but ideal for a short stay on a limited budget. The rooms were large and reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I loved the pool and having direct access to the beach was great. The building was very clean and pretty well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff but dont expect them to be there 24 hours a day. When I was there I think I was the only guest for at least part of the time, so the staff were often absent (understandbly in my case and not a complaint).

It was a fair bit further to Unawatuna centre/beach than it appeared/suggested (I thought around 1/2 km). I did walk it one day but it took quite a while. Not a big deal for me but worth noting.

В номере неприятный запах, но принюхиваешься. Подушки тоже неприятно пахнут. Сетка от насекомых вся в пятнах. Напор горячей воды всегда разный, не угадаешь. Всего две розетки на номер, одна из них возле раковины.

Die Avin Beach Villa bietet eine wunderbare Strand- und Meeratmosphäre, die perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück sowie die stets hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Sie sind immer zur Stelle, sei es für spezielle Wünsche wie Wäscheservice, die Organisation von Mittag- oder Abendessen vor Ort oder auch für die Buchung eines Tuk-Tuks zu den nahegelegenen Orten wie Unawatuna oder Galle Fort. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, das Bett sehr komfortabel, und der Ausblick auf das Meer sowie das beruhigende Geräusch der Wellen haben den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und beeindruckend groß, ideal zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Immer wieder gerne !

Номера никакие, совсем никакие🤦‍♀️, расположение неудачное, далеко от всей цивилизации.
