Green Escape Unawatuna

Le lieu est très agréable, nous avons entendu les oiseaux, les écureuils et nous avons même vu des singes. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont très bien entretenus.

Le personnel en contact avec la clientèle n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

La struttura è veramente eccellente, una vera e propria oasi di relax in mezzo al verde. La cordialità dello staff (Sadew e Oshadi in particolare) è sempre stata ottima, ci hanno sempre accolto con un sorriso e aiutato per ogni nostra necessità. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la qualità della colazione (veramente varia!).

Ho trovato il rapporto qualità/prezzo dei pasti (pranzo e cena alla carta) un po’ sbilanciato, ritengo inoltre che possa essere utile l’installazione di una ventola nel bagno della stanza (non potendo aprire le finestre a causa di insetti e animali)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft inmitten der einer tollen grünen Landschaft. Man kann hier sehr gut die Ruhe genießen und ist mit den Tuktuk in wenigen Minuten im Ort, wo es diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Man ist so weg von dem Trube der Hauptstraße. In dem tolle Garten kann ma außerdem viele Tiere sehen (Affen, Pfauen, Eichhörnchen etc.) Das Frühstück war lecker. Man konnte zwischen Pancakes, Amerikaner brekfast oder Sri Lanka Breakfast wählen. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Toll war auch der Billiardtisch, den man kostenfrei nutze konnte.

Die Zimmer waren etwas klein und an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas marode.

The secluded resort grounds are fabulous. Rooms are comfortable.

Restaurant is below par for a place like this. For all their sweetness. waiters & waitresses still need some serious job training.

The rooms were a bit outdated and there was a lot of mold in our bathroom. The towels were worn out and that’s not something you expect from a hotel with 4 stars and this price range in Sri Lanka.
