Super lokalizacja, cisza wokoło i w obiekcie, hotel bardzo zaawansowany technologicznie- łóżko sterowane pilotem, aczkolwiek dla nas materace zbyt miękkie. Czysto i schludnie ale bez wielkiego wow w stosunku do innych hoteli 5* , a naprawdę dużo podróżujemy. Obsługa miła i uprzejma.

Śniadania i jakość produktów przeciętne jak na hotel 5* w takiej cenie, jadałam dużo lepiej w hotelach o niższym standardzie. Wjazd do garażu bardzo stromy, wąski i z zakrętem. W pokoju nie ma gdzie usiąść nie licząc łóżka które nie miało nakrycia więc w ciągu dnia trzeba siedzieć w ubraniu bezpośrednio na pościeli🙁.Nieprawdą jest że osoby w recepcji mówią po polsku-przynajmniej my na takie nie trafiliśmy.Do Druskiennik przyjeżdża wielu Polaków i wszelkie informacje w hotelu jak i w pokojach mogłyby być również w jęz. polskim.Basen spełnia swoją funkcję jeśli korzystają z niego max 2 osoby- jacuzzi podobnie.
