Smeralda Beach Hotel Dikwella

We had a wonderful time a Smeralda Beach Hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view onto the ocean. Pizza & Pasta were fantastic - truly like in Italy. Would totally come back!

Clean, very comfortable and the staff was attentive to all our needs. Enjoyed our last evening meal on the beach. Wonderful seafood, salad, and a pizza for our grandson. Can't leave out the refreshing pitcher of lemon drop cocktail. Hours of pool and ocean swimming and beach exploring.

Bellissima vista dalla camera . La spiaggia è tranquilla. Ottima la colazione e i primi. Andrea e Daria sono molto gentili e ci sarebbe piaciuto stare qualche giorno in più.

Der Strand war leer und im Bereich des Hotels sauber, der Pool war auch gepflegt, das Begrüßungsgetränk war lecker, wir konnten früher als gedacht einchecken.

In jedem Hotel, in dem wir unterwegs waren, gab es kostenloses Wasser, in dieser Unterkunft zahlt man bei jeder Wasser-Falsche einen wirklich hohen Preis; generell steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht im Verhältnis; die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Balkon ließ sich bei uns nicht leicht öffnen, die Klimaanlage an der Hauswand war nicht verkleidet und tropfte. Als wir vor Ort waren, gab es einen Ortsbedingten, geplanten und angekündigten Stromausfall, der den ganzen Tag ging. Das Hotel hat sich leider nichts einfallen lassen, um für die Gäste, die ja dennoch den hohen Preis gezahlt haben, einen Ausgleich zu schaffen. Man musste die fehlende Klimaanlage, die warmen Getränke, das fehlende WiFi einfach akzeptieren.

This place was a highlight of our trip! Very nice place, relaxing, great pool, great food, beach basically only ours...I can only recommend 🙌
