"Wonder hosts and delicious breakfast"

"Exceptionally clean and polite and helpful host"

Exceptionally clean and very spacious room and bathroom. The host Shirley was so helpful, polite and kind. He went out of his way to help us when we forgot to return the key, and didn’t cause any issues. Must stay here to be close to the airport

Our host was very friendly and welcoming, and recommended a great place for a Sri Lankan dinner nearby. He also drove us to the airport early in the morning. The hotel is central while also in a quiet area, with a lush garden and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The room was large with an ensuite bathroom, both spotlessly clean. The the bed was very comfortable! A great, authentic place to stay in Colombo if you need to be close to the airport.

"A brilliant start to our holiday!"

What we liked: The friendliness and kindness of our host and his family. The room which was spotlessy clean and the ensuite massive. Our evening meal was superb - fresh ingredients (we went with our host to the fish market to choose the fish), and all beautifully cooked for maximum flavour. Breakfast was equally impressive with an endless supply of fresh fruit (some of which was from the family garden) after the masala omelette. It's an unpretentious, homely place run by someone who really cares.

What is there to criticise? Very little. It was a great start to our Sri Lanka holiday and, if you want a convenient place before or after your flight which is 10 minutes from the airport, then this is the place to go.

The owner was really really friendly and gave a great effort to make us feel welcome for our last night in Sri Lanka. Due to our late arrival at the hotel he even drove us to a restaurant nearby and in the morning he organized the airport transfer. Next time we would definitely stay there again. thanks a lot for taking care of us!
